Born in 1970 in Hamburg. Earned degrees in political science and economics from 1990 to 1995 in Hamburg. From 1991 to 1994, presenter for OK-Radio in Hamburg. From 1992 to 1994, freelance editor for RTL and VOX. From 1994 to 1999, editor/head of programme promotion for Premiere in Hamburg. From 1999 to April 2001, head of promotion and production for Premiere in Unterföhring. From May 2001 to October 2004, creative services manager for Premiere. In November 2004, spin-off and renaming of the creative services department to CREATION CLUB. Subsequently, managing director of CREATION CLUB in Unterföhring. Since 2009, managing director of SPORT1 (formerly DSF) and managing director of Constantin Sport Medien in Ismaning. Has also served as member of the management board of PLAZAMEDIA since 2006.

Barbara Simon, Creative Director & Brand Consultant
Born in 1962 in St. Louis/Missouri. Studied graphic design from 1980 to 1984 and computer graphic design from 1984 to 1986 at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. From 1990 to 1992 in the graphics department of Tele 5 in Munich, responsible for all design and on-air promotion measures. Art director for SZM Studios from 1992 to 1996, the production subsidiary of ProSieben Media AG in Unterföhring, responsible for the development and production of design for various broadcasters, e.g. ProSieben, kabel eins, DSF and H.O.T. At kabel eins from 1996 to 1997 as art director and from 1998 to 2000 as head of on-air promotion, responsible respectively for the corporate and programme design for all on- and off-air promotion/marketing activities as well as the on-air promotion. Started April 2000 as art director in the marketing department of ProSieben Television, worked as head of marketing from 2001 until 2003 (together with Imke Deigner), and finally as creative director for the channel from June 2003 to March 2004. Since March 2004 head of the Creative Solutions department at ProSiebenSat.1 Produktion, responsible for all the on-air promotion, on-air design, advertising and audio design as well as creative direction for all the channels of the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. From August 2005 to January 2007 creative director of NBC Universal Global Networks Germany, responsible for marketing, on- and off-air-promotion and the design of the German pay and free TV channels. Since then, working as self-employed creative director and brand consultant.

Alex Hefter, Creative Director Schweizer Fernsehen
Born in 1965 in Baden-Baden. Studied communication design at the state-run Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart from 1984 to 1992 and specialised in media (trick film, photography, computer animation, TV design) (degree). Freelance TV designer for SDR, SWF, BR, 3sat and ARTE from 1985 to 1994. Designer at ZDF in Mainz since 1994. Development of ZDF’s Corporate Design department in leading position since 1996. Head of ZDF’s Corporate Design department from 2001 to 2004. Creative director at Schweizer Fernsehen in Zurich since September 2004. At the same time, various teaching assignments for media design, e.g. as visiting professor at the University of Applied Sciences of Mainz and the Berufsakademie Ravensburg.

Lars Wagner, Head of Marketing & General Manager Disney Channels Germany, Switzerland & Austria
Born in 1971 in Böblingen. Studied media technology at Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart. In 1994 producer of trailers and image spots for MTV Europe and VH-1 UK in London. From 1995 to 1997 head of on-air promotion for VH-1 Germany in Hamburg, responsible for the development of the on-air department. From 1998 to 1999 senior designer for on-air promotion and design for ProSieben Televison in Unterföhring. In 2000 head of on-air promotion for the Universal channels 13TH STREET and STUDIO UNIVERSAL in Munich. From April 2001 to July 2003 creative director for both channels. There responsible for the design and creation of on-air and off-air promotion as well as the online presence. Since August 2003 development of the German branch of Bruce Dunlop & Associates in Munich. From March 2004 to January 2005 business director for BDA in Munich. From 2005 to 2007 channel manager at Discovery Communications Germany in Munich, responsible for programme, on-air promotion, marketing and public relations for the channels DISCOVERY CHANNEL, ANIMAL PLANET and DISCOVERY GESCHICHTE in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since 2008 Head of Marketing & General Manager at Disney Channel Germany in Munich, responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Born in 1959 in Göttingen. Studied law from October 1979 to June 1985 at the Freie Universität Berlin and did his legal internship (for his state examination for law) from October 1985 to June 1988. RIAS BERLIN from August 1988 to March 1993, finally as head of the department of legal affairs, fees and licences. With Deutsche Welle DW-TV in Berlin since April 1993, firstly as head of television management. Since 1999, head of the promotion & design division, responsible for schedule planning, transmissions, on-air promotion and design as well as advertising.

Born in 1970 in Cologne. Studied visual communication and graphic design in Düsseldorf. From 1992 to 1995, freelance on-air promotion producer at RTL in Cologne. 1995: film editor at RTL. From 1996 to 1997, producer and head of "Prime-Time" unit at HOP – House of Promotion in Cologne. 1998 freelance producer and advertising director. 1999 founder of SCREENWORKS Köln GmbH, managing director until 2005. Since 2005 Creative Director of On-Air Promotion and Advertising at RTL CREATION in Cologne.

KISD - Köln International School of Design
Born in 1965 in Stuttgart. Studied design from 1987 to 1991 at MERZ-Akademie in Stuttgart (degree). From 1992 to 1994 media design studies at Kunsthochschule für Medien in Cologne (degree). At the same time freelancer for BR, RTL, VOX and VIVA. From 1994 to 2002 managing director of the design agency cutup, which has been part of the Bertelsmann group (Empolis) by the middle of 1999. From August 2002 to November 2004 managing director of verytv - communication & content. From 2000 to 2003 project manager of the course of study Virtual Design at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg. Since May 2003 professor for Audiovisual Design at KISD - Köln International School of Design in Cologne.

From 1996 to 2001 promotion editor and later head of the sports promotion of Premiere in Hamburg and Unterföhring. From 2001 to 2004 creative director at Premiere in Unterföhring. In November 2004 spin-off and renaming of the creative services department to CREATION CLUB. There until March 2005 creative director. From 2005 to 2009, head of creative solutions and executive creative director at ProSiebenSat.1 Produktion in Unterföhring. Since 2009 Senior Vice President of Creative Solutions and Central Marketing for German Free TV Holding, responsible for marketing activities for the channels Sat.1, ProSieben, kabel eins and N24.

Born in 1958 in Munich. Studied law and media marketing (BAW). Since 1988, various activities at Bayerischer Rundfunk. Since 1999 editor-in-chief in the programme promotion department at Bayerisches Fernsehen. Since 2002 Lecturer at ARD/ZDF Medienakademie.
