Von 1996 bis 2001 Promotion-Redakteur und später Leiter der Sport-Promotion bei Premiere in Hamburg und Unterföhring. Von 2001 bis 2004 Creative Director bei Premiere in Unterföhring. Im November 2004 Ausgliederung und Umbenennung des Bereichs Creative Services in CREATION CLUB. Dort bis März 2005 Creative Director. Von 2005 bis 2009 Bereichsleiter Creative Solutions und Executive Creative Director bei ProSiebenSat.1 Produktion in Unterföhring. Von 2009 bis 2010 Senior Vice President Creative Solutions and Central Marketing German Free TV Holding. Von 2011 bis 2012 Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer bei ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland. Im April 2012 Wechsel in die Geschäftsführung von ProSiebenSat.1 Digital. Seit 2012 zudem Geschäftsführer der neu gegründeten ProSiebenSat.1-Kreativagentur Sugar Ray.
